These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Neurokov (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Client projects are covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever conflict.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, share links and book calls. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it wasn’t built for or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Neurokov or are used with permission. Third-party names, such as the tools and platforms we mention, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we work with. Their use doesn’t imply any partnership or endorsement.

No guarantees about the site itself

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. Descriptions of our services are general. What we deliver for you is defined in your written plan, including our guarantee.

Our guarantee

Results, or you don’t pay. Your written plan sets out what we’ll deliver, and these terms apply to it.

• What counts. The number in your plan, such as qualified calls: a decision-maker at a business that fits the profile we agreed, who turns up.
• Who judges. Your own calendar and CRM, which you can check any time. If you don’t count a call as qualified, neither do we.
• By when. Within 60 days of launch. Nothing is invoiced until the number is met. If it isn’t, you don’t pay for the work.
• Not covered. The tools and sending inboxes, billed to you at cost, calls you don’t take, and changes to your offer partway through.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Neurokov isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

We link to services like Google Calendar. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, so please read their terms too.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
