Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Neurokov (“we”, “us”) collects through neurokov.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Booking form answers. When you send our booking form, we get your answers by email: your business name, niche, monthly revenue range and what you tell us about the business. We get them even if you don’t go on to pick a time.
- Booking details. When you book a call, Google Calendar (part of our Google Workspace) collects your name, email address and the time you pick, and adds the call to our calendar.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
The booking form is the only form on this website. When you send it, a form-to-email service (Web3Forms) passes your answers to our inbox. This site itself doesn’t store them, and doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The page where you then pick a time is Google’s, shown inside ours, and Google handles it under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
- To prepare for the call you booked, hold it and follow up about it
- To follow up on a booking form you sent without picking a time
- To reply to your messages and, if we work together, to deliver the project
- To keep the website secure and working properly
We never sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers listed below.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms, for emailing us booking form answers
- Our website hosting provider, for serving this site
- Google Workspace, for email, booking calls and video calls
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms and security standards.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email records for as long as we need them to talk to you or work with you, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
